Pneumatic ball valve includes valve body, ball, valve stem and pneumatic actuator. A bracket is arranged on the valve stem between the valve body and the pneumatic actuator. The valve stem between the bracket and the valve stem is sequentially provided with a packing gland, a packing and a packing pad from bottom to bottom. A sliding bush is arranged between the valve stem and the valve body, one end of the valve body is connected with a ceramic valve cover, and the sphere is a sphere made of full ceramic sintering. The other end of the valve body is provided with a flange integrally formed with the valve body. A valve seat is installed between the ball and the valve body, and the valve seat and the booster compensation spring form a linear seal. The bottom of the valve body is provided with a hole, a bottom cover is installed in the hole, the inner rod of the bottom cover is connected with the sphere, and a gasket is arranged between the inner rod of the bottom cover and the valve body.
Extending the pneumatic valve should pay attention to the following factors:
1. Before use, use water to clean the pipeline and the overflow part of the valve body to prevent residual iron filings and other debris from entering the valve body cavity.
2. When the ball valve is closed, there is still a part of the medium remaining in the valve body, and it also bears a certain pressure. Before overhauling the ball valve, close the shut-off valve in front of the ball valve, open the ball valve that needs to be overhauled, and completely release the internal pressure of the valve body. If it is an electric ball valve or a pneumatic ball valve, the power supply and air supply should be disconnected first.
3. Generally, PTFE is used as the sealing material for soft-sealed ball valves, and the sealing surface of hard-sealed ball valves is made of metal surfacing. If the pipeline ball valve needs to be cleaned, care should be taken to prevent damage to the sealing ring and leakage during disassembly.
4. When disassembling and assembling the flanged ball valve, the bolts and nuts on the flange should be fixed first, then all the nuts should be tightened slightly, and finally fixed firmly. If the individual nuts are forcibly fixed first, and then other nuts are fixed, the uneven surface between the flange surfaces will cause damage or rupture of the cushion surface, resulting in the leakage of the medium from the valve flange.
5. If the valve is cleaned, the solvent used must not conflict with the accessories to be cleaned and not corrode. If it is a gas-specific ball valve, it can be cleaned with gasoline. Other parts can generally be washed with reclaimed water. When cleaning, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the residual dust, oil and other attachments. If it cannot be cleaned with clean water, it can be cleaned with alcohol and other cleaning agents on the premise of not damaging the valve body and parts. After the cleaning is completed, wait for the cleaning agent to completely evaporate before assembling.
6. If there is a slight leakage at the packing during use, you can tighten the valve stem nut slightly until the leakage stops, but do not continue to tighten.
7. Long-term storage in the open air will cause the valve body and components to corrode and cannot be used normally. The ball valve should be protected from rain, water, and moisture when stored, and the flange cover should be tightly closed. Valves stored for more than 12 months should be re-tested when used to ensure stable performance.
The control device of the pneumatic ball valve includes a pneumatic bracket, a cylinder, a pin and a sliding sleeve. The pneumatic bracket of the product is connected to the cylinder; the cylinder is provided with a piston rod, the pneumatic bracket is provided with a pneumatic connection handle, and one end of the pneumatic connection handle of the product is provided with an ellipse. The other end is provided with a square groove, the square groove of the product is fixed with the valve rod in the valve body; the pin and the sliding sleeve of the product pass through the oval groove, and are fixed with the piston rod through the circlip provided at the bottom.
